Welcoming and Inclusive Schools as a Human Right

In this session, participants will learn about implementing the essential building blocks for an inclusive school culture via Welcoming Schools, an LGBTQ lens-building approach developed by the Human Rights Campaign. The approach allows students, staff, and families to build a community where all students are respected, valued, and empowered to be themselves. Although all are welcome to attend, this session is designed primarily for K-5 and K-8 administrators.
